I loved the enchanting view from my 27th floor room. The hotel's location in Polanco, a beautiful and safe neighborhood, was perfect for exploring the city. There were many attractions nearby, such as the National Museum of Anthropology and Chapultepec park. The staff were friendly and professional, and the service was excellent.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with impeccable rooms and quality breakfast options. The hotel facilities were great, and we particularly enjoyed the breathtaking view from the top floors. The location in the very pleasant Polanco neighborhood next to the Auditorio Nacional was perfect, surrounded by good restaurants and within comfortable walking distance to attractions such as the National Museum of Anthropology. It was easy to walk around to look for dining options or just plain sight-seeing. The staff was extremely courteous and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
There was nothing we didn't like.
The hotel's location was perfect, being in the very pleasant Polanco neighborhood next to the Auditorio Nacional. It was also close to everything in the Polanco area of the city, making it convenient for exploring. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices that catered to different tastes.
Almost perfect, but the room I stayed in didn't have a King size bed.
