Impeccably clean room with daily cleaning service. Excellent staff, very welcoming and professional. Comfortable beds for a restful sleep. Good WiFi connection. Convenient location, close to transportation and shopping options

Almost perfect, only a few minor issues

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool which was rarely crowded. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was friendly, kind, and always willing to help. The location was very convenient, with the Hidalgo metro station and other restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the centre, with easy access to good restaurants and transportation. We appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities, such as the nice pool and gym. The breakfast was really good, and the staff was friendly, kind, and helpful.
