The hotel had great rooms with plenty of space and were kept clean. We enjoyed the wonderful spa and salon services, but we recommend making an appointment. The staff was friendly and able to speak English when our Spanish was lacking. The food at the restaurant and bar was excellent, and we were pleased to find an English-speaking tour guide at the hotel. The location of the hotel was convenient, with Uber easily accessible.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff was incredibly attentive and ready to help me 24/7. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the indoor pool. The location was a big plus for me, being very near a huge upscale shopping mall and close to the business district. I appreciated having restaurants nearby at the Plaza Cuicuilco Tlalpan area.

Cleanliness excellent, with spacious and airy rooms. Hotel facilities were top-notch, including a perfect gym. Located in the center, directly across from the shopping mall. Breakfast was excellent, and staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing to fault.
